About the role
As an Project Manager/Executive Assistant for Roku's Devices Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness for senior executives across product, engineering, technology, and operations functions. This position goes beyond traditional calendar management — it requires serving as a trusted partner who enables leaders to focus on high-impact initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of critical business operations.
What they're looking for
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related support role working with senior leadership
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently across all organizational levels and with external partners
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience working within technology, hardware, or consumer electronics industries
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">High proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools such as Confluence and Slack, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
