About the role
Provide proactive, high-impact executive support to several Executive leaders, enabling focus, alignment, and execution across business-critical priorities. Own complex calendar management across time zones and competing priorities
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting senior company Executives
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Own and proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing business-critical work and protecting focus time
- Proficiency with all MS365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams, and other modern collaboration tools
