At Rubrik, we are seeking a leader for a strategic cross-functional role responsible for developing and managing the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). In this critical position, you will develop and manage the program's entire lifecycle, ensuring that our partners remain compliant with all professional requirements while facilitating deep cross-functional collaboration.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management
- Executive Presence: Significant experience with executive-level interaction, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives
- Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and managing partner enablement systems specifically for a Global Professional Services business
- Organizational Navigability: Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, equivalent practical experience is welcomed
- Program Management: Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context
