What they're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in executive administrative support, coordination, Chief of Staff role or similar
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and travel
- Prior investor relations support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
- Highly organized with a proactive, anticipatory mindset- you solve problems before they surface
