Do you enjoy digging into complex technical problems and seeing them through to resolution? SafeBreach is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support our United States enterprise customers. You'll troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve issues across our industry-leading exposure validation platform. This role is a strong fit for an engineer with a few years of support experience who wants to deepen their cybersecurity expertise alongside a collaborative global team. - Serve as a technical point of contact for customer support cases, troubleshooting issues through to resolution
- Build and maintain customer environments in the support lab, replicate customer issues to isolate root cause and file well-documented defects
- Own escalations through resolution, partnering with senior engineers and field teams on complex, high-priority cases
- Contribute to root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, and contribute to internal training and enablement
- Collaborate closely with engineering, technical operations, product management, and quality assurance
