Samba is looking for a Senior Designer who works at the intersection of design craft and AI. You'll use Claude Code and Claude Design as fluently as Figma, not as a novelty, but as a core workflow for ideation, production, and creative output. - 7+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving across brand, web, and campaign work
- AI-forward by default, genuinely comfortable and fluent using Claude Code and Claude Design as part of your actual design workflow, not just aware of them
- Expert-level skills in Figma, plus solid working fluency in Google Suite
- Animation experience, with real exposure to AI-driven animation and video-generation tools. You know how to direct and refine output, not just prompt and hope
- Strong data visualization design ability
- Experience developing brand and marketing creative across digital, social, video, and experiential formats
