About the role
The Samsara Security team is looking for an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help drive key strategic initiatives across Samsara’s Security organization. As part of Samsara’s rapidly expanding Enterprise Security organization, you will support key strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
What they're looking for
- 1-3 years Project or Program Management in a fast paced, technical company
- Experience with managing priorities across multiple teams, building processes, and coordinating tight schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication- you can relay technical or analytical work to non-technical partners without losing the important details
- Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, curiosity and attention to detail. You learn quickly and can navigate ambiguity with ease
- A proactive self-starter with a proven track record for leveraging data and technology to improve processes and drive impactful decisions
- Experience using AI tooling and methods to drive efficiencies in workflows and team processes
