- Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing corporate social responsibility, community investment, or social impact programs, including familiarity with CSR best practices and nonprofit partnership development
- Deep experience collaborating with marketing, brand, social media, and influencer teams to develop integrated campaigns and ensure message alignment across all touchpoints
- Demonstrated experience in brand and product communications, with the ability to translate complex technical product stories into compelling, accessible narratives
- Proactive, forward-thinking leader with a track record of anticipating emerging issues, trends, and opportunities — and developing plans to address them before they become problems
- Exceptional storyteller and writer with the ability to craft compelling narratives for a wide range of formats, audiences, and channels — including social impact storytelling
- Strong digital and social media fluency, with an understanding of how corporate reputation is shaped across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels
