- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
- Demonstrated experience deploying ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, MID Server, and Service Mapping
- Experience configuring Hardware Asset Management or IT Asset Management modules
- Practical experience building automations using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor
