About the role

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the design vision and experience for some of Scapia’s most important product areas. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to solve complex customer problems, shape product strategy, and take ideas from 0→1 through launch and scale.

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of product designers
  • Strong track record of building and shipping consumer-facing products
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to influence strategy beyond design execution
  • Excellent understanding of UX, interaction, visual design, and product craft
