About the role
Scopely is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition (Marquee) and Operations Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Culver City hub on a hybrid basis, working up to four days per week in the office. This role plays a critical part in Scopely's executive hiring efforts, partnering closely with senior leaders and executive candidates while managing highly confidential information, complex processes, and high-touch candidate experiences.
What they're looking for
- Experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or other high-touch coordination roles, executive-level scheduling experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, with a commitment to delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and cross-functional stakeholders, while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets
