About the role
Transfer Agency and Issuer Services are two critical functions on the Securitize Platform: one keeps investor records accurate through every subscription, redemption, and reconciliation; the other provides the tools needed to bring new assets onto the platform and manages them through their full lifecycle. As a Product Manager spanning both core areas you will work with senior PMs to refine what Operations, Compliance, and institutional clients need into requirements Engineering can successfully build from. What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Track record of driving a product area day-to-day — from requirements through launch and iteration
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to write specs Engineering can build from with minimal back-and-forth
- Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements and contribute to trade-off decisions within an established product team framework
- Working knowledge of common data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks) — enough to scope integrations and troubleshoot with Engineering, a dev background isn't required
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
