About the role

Design and validate electrical circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and interconnect systems for autonomous robotic platforms. Develop schematics, component selections, and electrical designs that meet product performance, reliability, and cost requirements. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the design and test of electrical systems in the robotics, consumer electronics, or other applicable fields
  • Hands-on experience in debugging and testing electrical subsystems using typical lab equipment (oscilloscope, function generator, spectrum analyzer, electronic load, etc.)
  • Experience designing, integrating, and debugging embedded systems
  • Experience in hardware prototype bring-up, debug, fault detection, and failure analysis
  • Experience in one of the major ECAD tools (Altium preferred)
