About the role
Serve Robotics is hiring a Senior EHS Specialist to own and advance our environmental health and safety programs across all domestic and international locations. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep expertise across workplace safety, regulatory compliance, machinery and equipment safety, and EHS education, with direct responsibility for ensuring our teams integrate safety into their daily work. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of direct, hands-on EHS experience in a technical operations environment: robotics, manufacturing, warehousing, electronics assembly, or similar
- Expertise in California EHS regulations
- Strong working knowledge of federal OSHA standards
- Demonstrated experience with machinery safety, workbench operations, soldering environments, and associated PPE requirements
- Experience developing and owning an EHS audit program, including audit design, execution, finding management, and corrective action verification
