- Deep technical hands-on experience building production enterprise-level platforms
- Strong IAM Domain Experience with Identity Lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, Access Certifications, and Privileged Access Management
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years as a senior staff, or equivalent experience and education
- Full stack development depth: strong backend proficiency (Java or Python, MySQL or PostgreSQL) and working knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, HTML/CSS)
- Systems engineering experience designing and operating complex, distributed enterprise platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives
