Shield AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Web Experience to own our digital user experience and content journeys across Shield AI for key audience personas. This role will maintain and improve existing pages, build new digital experiences, and partner with our web agency, internal design team, business stakeholders and product marketers to create high-quality web experiences that clearly communicate Shield AI’s mission, products, and impact. What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in web experience, digital experience, web production, UX/content strategy, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, or front-end development workflows
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for design, content, prototyping, development, or workflow acceleration
- Hands-on experience managing and publishing content in WordPress or a comparable CMS
- Strong UX judgment with the ability to structure clear, intuitive digital journeys for multiple audience personas
