- 3+ years of progressive experience across facilities, workplace, office operations, property operations, project coordination, vendor management, or a closely related operating function
- Demonstrated leadership of people, projects, vendors, or cross-functional teams through direct supervision, work direction, training, mentoring, project leadership, meeting leadership, or comparable responsibility
- Experience supporting multiple sites, a complex campus, or multiple concurrent operational workstreams with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver workplace improvements, moves, service rollouts, minor facility projects, or related operational initiatives
- Experience coordinating vendors or contractors and managing scopes, schedules, service expectations, purchase orders, invoices, or budget documentation

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Facilities to lead safe, reliable, and consistent Facilities Operations across an assigned region.
