We’re hiring an International Field Operations Lead to help build and expand Sieve’s on-the-ground operations abroad. You’ll help set up local collection (including recording footage), hire and manage people in-market, and turn early international efforts into reliable operating systems. Sieve is a multimodal lab curating the world’s highest-quality training datasets, spanning video, audio, images, text, and 3D. We combine exabyte-scale data infrastructure with novel multimodal understanding techniques to push the frontier of foundation models. We exist to solve one of the biggest bottlenecks in AI: high-quality training data.
We partner with top AI labs and did $XXM last quarter alone, with a team of roughly 40 people. We raised our Series A from firms including Matrix Partners, Swift Ventures, Y Combinator, and AI Grant.
We’re standing up data operations internationally — recording footage, hiring people on the ground, and building the local capacity those programs need. That work won’t scale from SF alone. We need someone who’s done on-the-ground ops and can expand teams internationally without waiting for a perfect playbook.
