The Director of Strategic Planning will design, scale, and lead the overarching demand, production, and supply chain planning ecosystem for Sila’s next-generation battery materials. Sitting at the intersection of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Strategy, and Finance, you will architect business processes, advanced systems, and executive reporting to drive organizational alignment. - Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic planning, supply chain, or industrial operations leadership within complex manufacturing or hardware environments (e.g., battery, chemical, semiconductor, automotive)

- Systems & Automation Mastery: Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, and implementing advanced planning technologies, custom-built software, and enterprise systems
