SK hynix America is looking for an Application Test Engineer to join our DRAM Engineering Team in San Jose, CA. The Application Test Engineer will be responsible for technical support, primarily handling technical issues from customers and partners, joint validation efforts, self-qualifications, as well as supporting local customer engineering teams.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of working experience in system and memory validation
- Proven experience with design, simulation, debugging, and performance analysis of CPU-DRAM Memory
- Strong bring-up and debugging skills and hands-on lab work. Experience with complex test equipment
- Experience in CPU and Memory validation from planning to closure
- Good understanding of validation flows and tools
- Experience with Spotfire and summarizing test data and analysis
