SK hynix is seeking an experienced mid-level attorney to serve as strategic legal counsel for our new cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing facility in West Lafayette, Indiana. This role requires exceptional legal expertise across commercial, regulatory, and government affairs domains. The ideal candidate will navigate complex legal frameworks while effectively liaising between our Indiana operations, San Jose office, and SK hynix headquarters.
What they're looking for
- Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier US law school in the United States
- Active membership in at least one state bar
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in law firms or as an in-house counsel (or both)
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Experience with construction and procurement-related contracts
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments
