- Minimum 3 years of closely related experience
- Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work preferred
- Ability to learn a wide variety of building and ground maintenance
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
