We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to own Smartsheet's onboarding and career development programs: one connected arc that shapes the employee experience from day one through years of growth here. You'll reimagine a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and equips them with the cultural and organizational knowledge to succeed from the start.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in talent development, organizational development, or HR program design, with experience launching enterprise-wide programs from the ground up
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs at an enterprise level
- Experience building career development frameworks (IDPs, career pathways, related coursework) for a full organization
- Comfort managing a phased roadmap, shifting focus as one program matures and the next begins

This role is also responsible for Smartsheet's career development story, building tools like IDP templates, development pathways, and career development courses that help employees see and build a meaningful future at Smartsheet. Throughout, you'll partner closely across the business to make sure our culture is felt in every corner of the company.
