- Strong understanding of the creator and digital content ecosystem, including evolving creator business models, monetization, platform dynamics, and cultural trends
- Ability to move fluidly between proactive storytelling, product launches, partnerships, and reactive communications in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong editorial judgment, and fastidious attention to detail
- Ability to independently identify compelling stories and translate broader business, product, and cultural trends into earned-media opportunities
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills, including experience working with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, Policy, and senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and operate effectively amid evolving priorities and tight deadlines
