What they're looking for
- Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- A strong technical foundation and experience building software products demonstrated through prior roles, internships, coursework, open-source contributions, or substantial personal projects
- Hands-on experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, source control, CI/CD etc
- Familiarity with modern AI development, including prompting, grounding, evaluation, RAG, agents, tool calling, or LLM APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts through clear narratives, examples, and presentations
- Comfort presenting and facilitating technical sessions for groups with different levels of experience
