- Proven ability to lead 0-to-1-to-100 product motions, from initial launch through large-scale adoption
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving significant business growth
- Experience leading product portfolio strategy in high-growth, complex enterprise software environments
- Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms (e.g., Postgres, MySQL SQL Server, or Oracle)
