What they're looking for

  • Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
  • Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience: 7–12 years of professional experience designing, building, operating, and scaling large-scale backend distributed systems in high-growth production environments
  • Core Systems Knowledge: Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and experience running large-scale distributed systems
  • Advanced Programming Proficiency: Strong hands-on coding experience in systems and application languages such as Go, Java, C++, or Rust
  • Public Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience architecting infrastructure on major public clouds ( AWS, GCP, or Azure ), including cloud networking constructs (e.g., VPC peering, PrivateLink, Transit Gateways)
