About the role
SoFi at Work helps employers, associations, and distribution partners deliver financial wellbeing benefits that support employees across their financial journey. Our solutions include financial education and planning, student debt tools and benefits, money-management capabilities, and access to SoFi consumer products.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in partnership success, customer success, account management, relationship management, consulting, client services, or a comparable client-facing role
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex B2B or B2B2C relationships, preferably with employer, workplace, financial-services, benefits, HR technology, SaaS, or other strategic partners
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, including HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and executive leaders
- Proven ability to lead a portfolio through the full post-sale lifecycle—from onboarding and activation through optimization, renewal, and expansion
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-presentation skills, including experience leading business reviews and crafting clear, compelling partner-facing materials
