- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, product strategy, portfolio management, growth, analytics, marketing strategy, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience using data to size opportunities, prioritize growth initiatives, and influence product or business decisions
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with large datasets, funnel metrics, segmentation, experimentation, and performance reporting – especially through the use of AI-powered tooling
- Experience defining addressable audiences, channel opportunities, growth levers, and measurement frameworks
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment without relying on formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level updates, business reviews, and decision materials
