About the role
We are looking for someone to be the strategic partner and executional driver for life sciences organizations, ranging from large biopharma with multiple brands to emerging biotechs launching their first therapies. You will own brand relationships end to end, guiding how our clients develop and execute on their strategy to promote their products.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical and client-facing environment
- Structuring ambiguity. You turn a vague client problem into a recommendation with a defensible spine
- Presence with senior stakeholders. You are credible with a brand lead who has years of experience on you
- Cross-functional fluency. You have the ability to bring together and work with different stakeholders
- Operator mentality. You love building, improving, and streamlining processes in fast-paced environments
- Unreal organizational skills. You can manage complex workflows without dropping a thread
