About the role
Spacelift is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver products for teams using Kubernetes or Ansible in production. You will own a defined product area from customer discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption. - Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or Ansible, gained through product management, engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role:
- Kubernetes: Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management, or application delivery
- Ansible: AWX or Automation Controller, inventories, job templates, execution environments, or automation workflows
- The ability to explain how these tools work and where teams encounter operational or organizational challenges
- Working familiarity with Terraform or OpenTofu and core IaC workflows, including Git-based changes, plan and apply, state, policy, and drift
