The Precision Tube Fabrication team is looking for a Production Manager to help lead our production operations. This is a fast-paced and high-volume manufacturing facility responsible for delivering finished fluid systems assemblies to our Falcon & Dragon customers.
- Depending on the skillset and technical knowledge of the candidate, the scope of the production manager role will encompass the following:
Back End Area (proof & leak, cleaning, assembly, insulation, rework, bag & tag).
- Manage a staff of supervisors and 80+ employees across multiple shifts toward goals aligned to company targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
