The Environmental Health and Safety team is seeking a highly driven electrical safety engineer to own electrical safety controls throughout the expansion of SpaceX's large-scale AI infrastructure and supercomputing facilities in the Memphis area. This role is critical in ensuring high-density critical power systems meet rigorous personnel-protection and control-reliability requirements, enabling the safe, rapid scaling of compute capacity. - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, or engineering field
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical power systems, electrical safety, or critical-facility electrical operations
- This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to the Memphis, TN area
- Position occasionally requires the ability to travel and support other critical computing infrastructure
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
