- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of experience leading a team, including leading projects and people
- 5+ years of technical experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair
- Must be available for all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Capable of being forklift and boom lift certified
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted and working at heights

- Work with maintenance manager to perform full spectrum analysis on asset reliability improvement opportunities, such as suggesting improved preventative maintenance actions, identification of design flaws, with a top down approach to maintenance demand driver reduction
- Lead a team of technicians through daily repairs, preventative maintenance actions, complex continuous improvement projects, to ensure maximum asset availability for Starbase manufacturing
- Manage weekly workload distribution and technician task assignments
- Triage of incoming maintenance requests from internal customers, and effectively resource manage priority workload with all available resources
- Work with third-party vendors for parts acquisition, asset documentation standards, training, and on-site maintenance actions
