About the role
Avathon is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Partne r to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will drive full-lifecycle recruiting across both technical and commercial GTM organizations, while serving as the primary architect for our local university recruitment and early-career talent programs.
What they're looking for
- Proven track record building university recruitment programs and engaging advanced degree candidates (PhDs, MBAs, early-career researchers)
- Balanced recruiting expertise: Demonstrated success sourcing and closing both highly technical roles (AI, ML, Data Science, Software Engineering) and commercial GTM profiles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Experience collaborating with offshore recruiting teams (specifically in India) to drive global hiring alignment
- Expertise with Greenhouse ATS (or equivalent modern ATS) and a commitment to meticulous recruiting data hygiene
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing methodologies, talent analytics, and pipeline metrics
- Proven track record leveraging recruiting market data to consult with hiring managers and navigate complex offer negotiations
