About the role
The target base salary range for this position is $177,200 - $221,500 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- Leverage data-driven insights and business intelligence to make decisions and design and build new products or ventures
- Design and run fast, lean, in-market experiments to get real product-market-fit signals
- Mobilize stakeholders across functions — from R&D to Legal & Regulatory and Medical Affairs, among others — to quickly bring new bets to market
- Identify and integrate AI and automation into the innovation process to drive meaningful gains in speed and output quality
- Stay current on external trends, AI advancements, and industry benchmarks — and bring what's relevant back into how we build and innovate
