- Design connected, scalable experiences that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, and business performance
- Bring fresh thinking and practical ideas to how we develop talent and prepare for the future of work
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related People discipline
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels - connecting Talent Management priorities to business objectives, shaping functional strategy and direction, and driving hands-on execution
- Experienced leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through implementation and adoption

This is a builder role with end-to-end ownership of our Talent Management portfolio, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, skills, and future talent initiatives. You'll connect these programs into simple, scalable experiences that help employees grow, managers lead effectively, and the business make better talent decisions.
Working closely with People Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams, you'll turn strategy into action - designing and delivering programs, facilitating critical talent conversations, using data to improve our approach, and leveraging AI and technology to modernize how talent experiences are delivered.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex ideas, and is equally energized by shaping strategy and making it happen.
