About the role
SRI International’s Microcircuit Emulation Center (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) is looking for Analog Test Engineers to support the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) program, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits. What they're looking for
- Must have hands-on capability/experience in the measurement of Analog microcircuit characteristics using both manual/bench instrumentation
- Experience working on both Unix/Linux workstation and PC (Windows) environments
- Bachelors in Electrical/Computer Engineering, with 4+ years relevant work experience in Analog testing. In lieu of a degree, 8 years minimum experience in a related field
- Due to Government requirements, US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with others
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment

SRI’s Microcircuit Emulation Center is a government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. These roles will be based 100% on site at our Princeton, NJ facility .
- Define, document, and implement methods to perform accurate and efficient characterization and Mil-Spec electrical screening of Analog microcircuits (i.e. amplifiers, linear/LDO voltage regulators, PLLs, DAC, ADC, etc).
- Develop specialized test approaches and programs to resolve problems, particularly in the areas of automated testing of Analog devices and high speed signal measurements (i.e. instrumentation, fixturing issues, etc).
