- Master’s degree, Bachelor degree or High school diploma with 5 years of related experience
- Knowledge of AML/KYC and Regulatory Requirements. Strong working knowledge of anti‑money laundering rules, investor due diligence processes, and applicable financial regulations
- Leadership and Team Management Skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technical or professional staff, including handling escalations and guiding daily workflows
- Analytical and Problem‑Solving Ability. Proven capability to resolve complex operational issues, interpret data or documentation, and make sound decisions within established policies
- Strong Communication and Client Interaction Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage investor inquiries, collaborate with clients, and provide clear guidance to team members
