The EL Coordinator is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for the state compliance of English Language Program. Coordinator will provide professional development, support, and guidance to K12AZ staff. Coordinator will oversee EL Teachers, complete observations and ensure students are making progress in the program. The Coordinator actively work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to advance each student’s learning toward established goals. Coordinators typically work from home but must travel occasionally throughout the year to various school functions, such as state testing or as otherwise required by the school.
