- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including influence over multi‑system architecture
- 3+ years building solutions on AWS
- Hands-on experience with multiple coding languages, UI frameworks and Database technologies
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and open‑source frameworks
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze complex trade‑offs
