About the role
As Head of Platform Products, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Suki’s core platform—the APIs, services, and integration layers that enable external partners to build on top of our technology. You will lead a team of platform product managers and serve as a strategic partner to Engineering, Commercial, and executive leadership. Your work will determine how Suki’s AI, speech, and clinical intelligence capabilities are architected, scaled, and delivered to the broader healthcare ecosystem. What they're looking for
- 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior/leadership roles owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
- Deep expertise in platform product management: APIs, developer experience, data platforms, integration architectures, and service-oriented systems
- Strong background in healthcare technology, with hands-on experience navigating EHR ecosystems, health data standards (FHIR, HL7), and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Experience productizing AI/ML capabilities at scale—ideally in NLP, speech, or applied clinical AI
- Proven track record of building and scaling platform product teams in high-growth, product-led organizations
- Technically fluent: comfortable engaging deeply with engineering and data science teams on architecture, systems design, and technical trade-offs
