What they're looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products at a startup or high-growth company
- Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or Cursor, including prototypes or features that users have touched. Expect to walk us through one in interviews
- Daily use of AI tools like Claude for strategy, ideation, and analysis, along with the judgment to check the output before acting on it
- Track record of ramping quickly in unfamiliar product areas and delivering measurable results within a single quarter
- Experience using tools like Amplitude to design experiments and interpret results
- Clear, concise writing, with experience producing PRDs and experiment docs that engineering, design, and leadership can act on
