About the role
We are hiring an experienced Production Floor Lead to oversee day-to-day production floor activities and help ensure products meet customer quality and production requirements. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting Line Leads and production employees, monitoring product quality, coordinating production activities, and providing training on production processes, safety, and GMP standards.

- 1+ year of warehouse, production, manufacturing, or related experience
- Previous lead, team lead, or production leadership experience preferred

- Oversee Line Leads and production employees to ensure the production floor operates efficiently
- Support daily production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Inspect finished products regularly to ensure quality specifications are met
- Conduct product inspections at least hourly or more frequently for complex or critical jobs
- Understand production rates and monitor line performance
