What they're looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design) or equivalent practical experience
- A creative, strategic, and innovative personality with a drive to ask insightful questions and understand user aspirations, frustration, and motivations
- Solid understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and produce results independently
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Willingness to collaborate and bring a voice for UX to development teams, ensuring that designs are implemented as intended
