About the role
Symbotic is seeking a strategic, highly driven Senior Manager, Project Planning to lead our team. This leadership role is a critical driver in overseeing material availability for our ongoing project portfolios while transforming our strategic planning and reporting standards.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, project planning, or material management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or people management role
- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and driving program execution efficiency
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of a matrixed organization
- Strong track record of managing complex supply risks across a portfolio of large-scale, capital-intensive projects
- Advanced presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated comfort providing strategic updates to Director/VP/Executive-level stakeholders
