About the role
Lead the design and development of electrical schematics, PCBAs, and interface boards for manufacturing test fixtures and validation systems. Own end-to-end hardware bring-up activities including component selection, schematic reviews, layout reviews, soldering/rework, and board-level debugging.
What they're looking for
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware design, manufacturing test engineering, or system validation
- Strong expertise in schematic capture, PCBA design, and hardware development using tools such as Altium, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in board bring-up, soldering, rework, and component-level debugging
- Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design including power electronics, signal integrity, grounding, EMI/noise considerations, and protection circuits
- Strong hands-on experience with electrical test instrumentation including oscilloscopes, DMMs, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, logic analyzers, and DAQ systems
- Experience designing and building manufacturing test fixtures involving relays, multiplexers, interface boards, and automated measurement systems

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Test Engineer ( E E) to lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test solutions for complex electromechanical and robotic systems. This role is responsible for driving electrical test architecture, developing scalable manufacturing test fixtures, supporting PCBA and hardware design, and leading deployment activities across internal manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
The ideal candidate has strong experience in hardware design, electrical debugging, automation, and manufacturing support, along with proven leadership capabilities. This individual will lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Software, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, and drive test strategy from concept through production deployment.
