About the role
This position will lead, train and mentor new/existing employees through the direction of work and allocation of tasks in multiple functions within the Logistics Center (i.e. receiving, shipping, inventory control and/or slotting of Logistics Work Orders) . Acts as a liaison for the Manager to employees while providing administrative and technical support.

More about this role
This position will lead, train and mentor new/existing employees through the direction of work and allocation of tasks in multiple functions within the Logistics Center (i.e. receiving, shipping, inventory control and/or slotting of Logistics Work Orders) . Acts as a liaison for the Manager to employees while providing administrative and technical support. Utilizes a Warehouse Management system, TD SYNNEX programs and all necessary equipment to troubleshoot issues involving order and product flow and identify potential root causes. Positively supports continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. utilizing Lean Sigma techniques, updating SOP’s, developing & implementing solutions).
Delegates work and tasks to various teams and/or departments, such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, slotting, etc. within the Logistics Center
Adjusts to work-flow needs by rotating self, employees and /or assigned workers from function to function.
Provides technical support to employees and communicates across all levels within the Logistics Center.
Acts as an extension of the manager and provides performance feedback to management on employees.
