- Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and launch requirements
- Support initiatives from initial concept and planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch follow-up
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, and proactively escalate issues and recommend solutions
- Organize and maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and other materials necessary to support successful project execution

We are looking for an experienced Network Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our Network & Clinical Quality team. This role would be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and launch of strategic initiatives across Network Operations, ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and within scope from planning through execution. We are looking for someone who has strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, is comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and can effectively coordinate across providers, facilities, and internal teams to drive initiatives forward, and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space.
