About the role
Taxbit is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead, develop, and scale our BDR team as we drive pipeline generation via outbound channels. This role is critical to our growth as global tax information reporting requirements expand across jurisdictions, products, and customer segments globally. As BDR Manager, you will own the performance, coaching, and career development of the BDR team while partnering closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to build a predictable, high-quality pipeline engine. What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development in enterprise B2B SaaS, including 1–2+ years managing or leading a BDR/SDR team
- Background in fintech, crypto, payments, marketplaces, or regulated SaaS highly preferred
- Proven track record of building pipeline and coaching BDRs to meet and exceed targets
- Demonstrated success developing and promoting BDRs into Account Executive roles
- Strong experience with HubSpot and outbound tooling such as Unify, with a passion for building repeatable, scalable systems and processes
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve sales efficiency and outreach quality
